In today's fast moving society, it is essential to provide our young people with not only an academic ability to deal with their future, but also the appropriate social skills that will enable them to interact with others and equip them with knowledge and confidence to make a contribution to the community that they live in.

Life skills, that facilitate our survival, on a daily basis.

Working with young people from year 8 upwards, we provide programmes that will develop our student's inter-personal skills in order to assist them in making the transition into adult life.

Our young people spend many hours a year in traditional learning environments such as schools and colleges. Typical classroom teaching is an effective and well established method of delivering learning. There are however students who do not respond positively to these well established learning environments, or those for whom a different learning environment provides a change and an opportunity to learn through new experiences.

The Seeds of Change provide core life skills and development training in a non-typical learning environment - a Riding School or Equestrian Centre, where learning is achieved by doing, as well as listening.
