Quality & Marketing Co-ordinator (based Nr Olney)

Part time 3-5 days per week (mainly term time)

The Seeds of Change offer a range of education and personal development courses for young people and adults. Our work is done through the use of specialist coaching techniques and through interaction with horses.

We are currently recruiting for a Quality & Marketing Co-ordinator to join our team. The role involves managing and auditing all quality systems, procedures and working practices within the company, including Data Protection (GDPR). The role also includes the production of all marketing material, website updates and social media, along with overseeing the IT equipment and security. Working 21 - 35 hours per week, predominantly term time only. The role will report directly to a Seeds of Change Director.

The Individual

We are looking for a confident, highly organised and efficient individual who has the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team. They will need to be a strong communicator and possess a high attention to detail. They should have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines / quality standards. The individual should possess good planning and organisation skills, with a good commercial awareness. A good sense of humour and ability to work in this dynamic and varied role alongside a small friendly team is key.


The successful candidate should have a good understanding of quality assurance and control. Experience in the equine / education / social media fields would be an advantage.

Maths and English GCSE or equivalent
